How to activate the purchased licence: 

On a PC with a different operating system:

1. Type "Activation" in the search bar and click Update product key.

2. Click the Change product key button and enter the string forming the code printed on your receipt or that you received by email. 

3. Click the Next button first and then the Run button.

* If the installation of Windows 11 was not possible due to the hardware requirements while the free upgrade was offered, installing this version of Windows will not be possible. For more information on hardware requirements, see https://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-11-specifications.

On a PC without an operating system:

Users planning to install the software on a PC without an operating system will need an additional device to access the site and create the installation media. 

Customers will receive an email with the 5x5 product key and a LINK to the software download service site. Read the section "Create installation media for Windows" and click the Download now button when you are ready to install. 

The availability of features and applications may depend on the region, and some features may require specific hardware.

If your system could not install Windows 11 due to the hardware requirements while the free upgrade was offered, installing this version of Windows will not be possible. For more information on hardware requirements, see https://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-11-specifications.
