This card can only be used at selected adidas shops in Poland or on adidas.pl. Terms and Conditions, instructions on how to use the card, a list of shops where the card can be redeemed, and the status of the card can be viewed at www.adidas.pl/kartapodarunkowa. If the card is not used, it will expire three years after the date of purchase. If it is in accordance with local law, the card and its value cannot be refunded, nor can the card be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to pay for another Gift Card.
